The plan includes four parts: current situation and situation, overall requirements, key tasks and safeguard measures, which can be summarized as "2464", that is, "two steps, four major tasks, six actions and four measures".
"Two steps" means that by 2025, most manufacturing enterprises above Designated Size will realize digitization and networking, and backbone enterprises in key industries will initially apply intellectualization; By 2035, manufacturing enterprises above Designated Size will fully popularize digital networking, and backbone enterprises in key industries will basically realize intellectualization.
"Four major tasks": first, accelerate system innovation and enhance new momentum of integrated development; Second, deepen the promotion and application, and explore a new path of transformation and upgrading; Third, strengthen independent supply and expand the new advantages of the industrial system; Fourth, consolidate the foundation support and build a new guarantee for intelligent manufacturing.
